Lattice is fine for the most part when everything’s working, but I had a simple issue and support took longer to get back to me than I expected. To be fair, maybe I caught them at a busy time, and I probably was a little impatient because I needed it sorted quickly. But when they finally replied, the answer felt kind of generic, so I had to follow up again. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but I do think their support could be a lot more responsive

Lattice has been mostly fine for our team, but the permissions setup has been a bit frustrating. Some roles are simple enough to figure out, but others feel kind of tucked away or not explained very clearly, so we ended up doing a lot of testing to make sure everyone could only see what they were supposed to see.

Once everything is set up, it does work, but I really wish managing access was easier. Overall, it is not a bad tool, it just feels less smooth than I expected in that area.

lattice has been useful for check-ins and surveys, and overall it’s, like, easy enough to figure out. I don’t really have issues using it day to day, and it does what it’s supposed to do without much hassle.

My main thing is the survey anonymity. It says responses are anonymous, but the way the results get grouped makes me, not totally sure how private it really is. Maybe that’s just how our company set it up, but I still find myself holding back a bit. It’s not bad, just wish it felt a little more clear

Every time there’s an update, it feels like something breaks or gets moved around without much explanation. Our team ends up spending extra time trying to figure out what changed, which gets frustrating. I’d just really appreciate clearer instructions or release notes so we know what to expect...

I like using it for quick pulse surveys because it’s easy to set up and send out. The main thing that bugs me is waiting around for the reports to load or make sense, they could definitely be clearer and a bit faster to work through.

I mostly use Lattice for the reporting side, it has saved me from what felt like a thousand spreadsheet headaches. The dashboards make it so much easier to check review progress, goals, and feedback trends without digging through endless tabs like I’m searching for buried treasure.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that some reports need a little tweaking before they show exactly what I want. It’s not impossible or anything, but there’s definitely a learning curve, and at first I felt like I was dramatically fighting for my life over report settings. Once you get the hang of it though, it works really well for our team...

I don’t really see the issue some people have with it, for tracking team goals, it does the job well. The OKRs are easy to follow, and that’s kind of the whole point.

I used Lattice for 1:1s for a bit, and it kind of made the whole process feel slower instead of easier. Sometimes my notes didn’t save the way I expected, the agenda setup felt clunky, and digging up older talking points was just annoying. The reminders were There, but they didn’t really help much. For something that’s supposed to make check-ins simple, it mostly felt like extra admin work.

I’ve been using it regularly, and the interface gets on my nerves more than I expected. The layout feels cluttered, and I keep wasting time clicking around just to find basic things that should be obvious. A few pages also load strangely, which makes the whole thing feel a bit unfinished. It’s not completely unusable, but the design definitely needs a lot of work before it feels smooth for daily use.

I know some people might find it easy, but i don’t. For basic things, it feels like I have to click around way too much, and I end up getting lost in the menus more often than I should. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but right now it’s just not that straightforward for me.

It’s fine when it actually loads, and on a normal day it does what we need. But we’ve had random slow pages and a couple outages right in the middle of reviews, which is the worst timing possible. Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but so far I haven’t really seen much change. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to get through work and the tool decides to take a break...

I tried getting lattice to play nicely with our other HR tools, it was a bit of a nightmare. Syncs kept failing, the setup process felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and support didn’t really swoop in with any real fixes. For what it costs, I expected a much smoother experience, not this whole dramatic saga

Overall, the onboarding was good. The training was easy to follow, but they were a bit slow getting it all set up

I mostly use lattice on my phone and it’s easy to get around. A few pages take a sec to load and the scrolling can feel kinda clunky sometimes, but overall it does what I need, so no major complaints lol.

My gut feeling after using it for a while is that it’s just too expensive for what we actually get out of it. We don’t even touch half the features, and the basic stuff we do use doesn’t really justify the monthly cost. It’s not terrible, but there are cheaper tools that seem to do pretty much the same job.

At first I was a little skeptical, but it’s actually made things much easier. Managers are getting better reminders now, so there’s way less chasing people down, which is a huge relief. I still get a bit frustrated when someone ignores a reminder anyway, but overall it’s taken a lot of stress off my plate.

At a quick glance, it fits our setup better than I expected. The customization is decent and worked fine for what we needed.

Our account manager has been really easy to work with. They reply quickly, always come across friendly, and maybe I’m assuming a bit from their tone, but it genuinely feels like they want to help instead of just closing a ticket. Most importantly, they actually get things sorted

We’ve been using Lattice for our compensation cycles, and it’s made the process much smoother. Since managers can see the info they need in one place, they don’t have to chase down spreadsheets or ask around as much. It took a little time to get everything set up the right way, but once it was running, it cut down a lot of the back and forth.
